Guest: Thank you
Very interesting, and mirrors my own thoughts on the subject.
Ladies wear high heels to better enhance and show off smooth shapely legs, and the same COULD be true of blokes. For that reason, I adore strappy high heels with open toes, however, believe me, they are totally impractical and I come back every time to sensible sandals

Guest: on the brink of skirt wearing
love the idea, have never been able to pull it off. Wore Lungi's in Kerala, felt great, have several and a dhoti but can't manage to get to wearing them here in the states. Go to a Quaker conference every summer and there are usually a few men wearing kilts or skirts part of the time, but I can't get to that point..... need to try harder!
Then there is the question of what to wear under it. In Iniat, I wore briefs, always afraid the wrap technique that I ws using would fail me and leave mer , er, hanging....

John Dee: FREEDOM
Thanks a million for your website. There are only a few sites out there worth this one.
I am from Brussels and been wearing kilts and kilt like skirts for a few months now. I never realized how taboo wearing a skirt could be in our so-called modern-democratic societies.
People don't seem to mind seeing guys wearing jeans right under their buttocks, wearing earrings, long hair, etc... but wearing a skirts is considered immoral by some people.
Yet wearing pants is not a ubiquitous tradition, neither culturally nor historically. As a matter of fact, if Europeans truly wish to honor their culture, they should be wearing skirts.
We owe it to our Greco-roman, Celtic and Germanic heritage. It simply doesn't make sense to wear pants: we are anatomically not made to wear bifiurcated tight garments.
My wife wanted me to wear skirts for years now, I started recently and absolutely love it.
I also see it as a way to help society advance a little. Men have to learn to be men because they feel like men; not because they simply obey predetermined rules and out of fear blindly follows the hord of mindless sheeps that characterize modern men.
Dressing the way we like is truly an expression of democracy.
Wearing a skirt in Brussels is a funny experience. Most women like it and guys are rather intrigued.
i wish you strengh and courage wearing your unbifurcated garments !
Braveheartedly yours,
From Brussels.
Thanks for Signing my guest book, If you have a picture of you in a skirt, please send it for the gallery. Tim.

Devlin Callaway: Mr
Thanks for your site! Its about time more men are speaking up for the injustice in American society that women can where anything they like, and no one bats an eye; but men, forget even thinking there are any other options except short pants. I have been wearing kilts now for about 4 years. They're really comfortable, and I like wearing them, but the interesting thing is the response I get from people who see me. The most positive reactions come from women. Most men just stare and I can read on their face confusion or assumption that I'm some kind of attention getter. That comes from their not realizing that they even have a choice-let alone exercising it- and having the balls to go beyond that "all important accepted standard." Thank you and some other sites I'm finding for giving men a voice in this regard.

Jean: : Way to go!
IF I were in Europe I would not mind wearing a skirt. In the US, I am not ready for it... But I believe many men would wear skirts if it was getting more meanstream

Guest: Men can still wear all way
Ignore socially so mena can wear skirts as women already wear most of it include men clothes so that up to you to decide what to wear include skirt or dress that still allow to wear in public - ive been done many times that went prefect - today I wear black tights, blue denim mini skirt, white t-shirt and black waistcoat plus black suede calf boots and went for petrol (very busier with lots of people waiting) - didnt care what Im wearing - some smiling at me, nothing from bad calling or anything.. so men can wear skirt that need change for nice fashion - same trousers are so boring as too plain like black and white so dump it and wear skirt more :)

strikemaster: Greetings from Poland :)
Hi Radiostar, THX for support.
You said, many men would wear skirts if it was socially acceptable. Do You know why it isn't? Just because people don't know skirts are historical men's garment and better fit our anatomy.
People usually connect a man in skirt with gender-bending. It's not truth and should connect that view with comfort. It's why I have my website.

Guest: Men still wear skirt
I usual wear denim mini skirt (either blue or black and grey) mainly denim blue mini skirt with black tights and either flat shoes or calf suede boots (flat heel) that look really nice fo men to wear it as normal clothes - I can see women wear most of it so men can do the same so need go out in public more - ignore people if stare or bad calling - mind thier own business as it our body we like to wear and feel more comfortable so wear skirt more and dump trousers plus have good fun :)
